Dr. Benjamin Grysman is an expert in the field of cognitive behavioral therapy, and has experience treating OCD, depression, eating disorders, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety disorders and morbidly obese patient counseling as part of overall wellness programs. A graduate of the doctoral program at Hofstra, Dr. Grysman also received a masters degree from the same institution and a bachelors from Queens College. After intensive training at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital and CHE Senior Services, Dr. Grysman has been a practicing private psychologist and a recognized CBT expert. Dr. Grysman is a frequent lecturer to medical students, medical residents and medical professionals, and is currently an instructor at Touro College. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Grysman has a strong research background and is active in the continuing education community, allowing him to keep up with the latest treatment developments.
